Warranty Terms

Aerflo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., warrants Fan products against manufacturing defects arising out of faulty or defective materials or workmanship only for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The Customer has to substantiate purchase of the products through valid purchase bill/Sales Invoice which is duly signed and stamped along with the warranty card. This warranty shall be governed by the terms and conditions as mentioned below.

Warranty shall be consequential to submission of actual proof of purchase, for eg. an Invoice, Cash Memo, e-bill receipt etc.
Warranty shall be valid only for the period as specified above, irrespective of whether the said product has been in use or not for any reason whatsoever. Please note that the product must be returned to Aerflo authorized service centre on Freight paid basis for repair /replacement during the period of Warranty.
Warranty period as specified above includes time taken to repair, replacements, transit time, breakdowns etc. Aerflo hereby warrants and reserves the right to retain any part or component replaced at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed within the Warranty Period.
The warranty herein is in lieu of all implied conditions and warranties under the law and is confined to the repair/replacement of defective parts and doesn’t cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss arising from such defects. Furthermore, in no case, shall there be no refund of the cost of the product or return of the product as a whole.
Parts of the product repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty are warranted only for the remaining period of the original warranty period.
Surface coating, plastic/glass parts, Bakelite parts, rubber/nylon parts and normal wear and tear of parts shall not be covered under this warranty. All such parts shall be repaired/replacedon actual which shall include costs and applicable taxes.
Only Authorized Service Centres of Aerflo shall repair the said product.
It shall be the absolute discretion of Aerflo to affect the repairs or replacement of parts whether at the site of installation or at any authorized service centre.
The customer is requested to preserve the original invoice for necessary verification and produce the same, as and when required.
No warranty on remote control and batteries.

THE WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IN CASE OF THE FOLLOWING EVENTS

In case the Proof of Purchase has been altered or tampered with any manner whatsoever or has made illegible.
If the product is not installed and/or used as per the instructions given in the User Manual supplied with the product.
If any repair work is carried out by any person other than Aerflo Authorized Service Centres.
If any Spare Part has been used as replacement or otherwise other than Aerflo original spare parts as recommended.
If any damage is caused by accident, mishandling, tampering with Installation, improper electric circuit outside the product or on account of incorrect power supply other than required voltage and power conditions.
If the Model No., Serial No, or production date code on the product or any part thereof has been deleted, defaced, damaged, altered, obliterated or tampered with or removal for any reason whatsoever.
If the product is used for a purpose other than which it is meantfor at the time of purchase.
If the defect in the product is caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended in the User Manual.
If the product has become defective due to excessive use outside the intended purpose.
If the Warranty Card is not completely filled, signed and stamped on the purchase of the product.

The above Warranty is applicable only in INDIA. Any disputes relating to the above shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Mumbai, India only.

Conditions of Warranty for Alternative Product Offered in Replacement:
There may be instances where Aerflo no longer keeps Spare Parts or Products that have been brought before the Authorized Service Centre for necessary repairs or replacement as the said Products may have been deemed as “Outdated” by Aerflo, even though they may be covered under the applicable warranty terms. Under such circumstances, the Company shall provide alterative products that offer similar functionalities and of similar value to the product subject to the following conditions:

When Spare Part’s) is/are no longer available, all the other components or parts that make the product complete must be submitted for replacement, even though these parts mayor may not be in working condition.
If the alternative product is of a lesser value, however bearing similarfunctionality, there shall be no refunds.

WARNING

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY TURN OFF THE POWER AT THE FUSE BOX OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BEFORE INSTALLATION, SERVICING OR CLEANING THE FAN.
Handling of the blades should be done with utmost care so that the angles are not disturbed. Do not mix individual blades of one set with that of the other set.
It is critical that all the screws, nuts and bolts of shackle kit, motor & blades are properly installed and all are securely tightened. Improper tightening can result into possibly fan or blade falling.
To avoid fire or shock do not pinch the wires between the down-rod assembly and the hook.
All washers provided with nut-bolt & screw assemblies should be properly re-assembled before tightening the nut-bolts & screws. Failure to do so can result into damage to the fan or parts or personal injury after usage.
This product is designed to operate with the accessories supplied with it. Substitution of parts can result into damage to product, property or personal injury.
Do not insert any foreign objects between the rotating fan blades.
Do not apply excess force on the blades while cleaning the fan. It can result into blade damage which may lead to possibly blade falling.
Do not use water when deaning the fan. It can damage the motor or blades and may lead to an electric shock.
Do not try to open/widen the slit in the down rod. This can develop crack in the down rod which may lead to breakage & fan falling.
Regulators-Performance/ speed of fan may vary depending upon the type of regulator used. It is recommended to use capacitor/ resistor/ choke step type regulator. Electronic triac/dimmer type regulator will lead to humming sound.”
UPS/Inverters – “It is recommended to use ‘pure Sine wave home UPS/ Inverters. Usage of ‘Non-sine wave’ UPS/Inverters would lead to humming/ operational noiseand would reduce the overall life of the product”.
